Starting on January 12, the entire retail world will descend on the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in Manhattan for National Retail Federation’s 2014 global Show. This year, as always, retailers will be looking for the newest and most innovative tools to help them meet the challenges of the fiercely competitive retail marketplace.
Petrosoft will be there in booth 717 to showcase two outstanding new additions to its product line that are sure to find a very receptive audience. In the highly profitable QSR segment, Petrosoft is introducing the Qwickserve™ online application that allows customers to order and pay for their quick serve restaurant items online and even let the retailer know when they will be in to pick them up. They can use a PC, smart phone or tablet to place the order anywhere, anytime. Retailers can customize the Qwickserve menus to create a totally branded experience for the customer and even set up different meal menus for different times of the day. The system can also tie into the C-Store Office® back office system to generate a complete suite of reports and track inventory at the ingredient level.
Also premiering at this year’s BIG Show is Petrosoft’s Smart POS™, a rugged, compact POS system that offers high-speed, high volume performance. Smart POS conserves counter space with its compact “all-in-one” design, but it does not stint on performance. It offers an easy to learn and easy to use touchscreen interface that will have cashiers up to speed quickly and processing transactions productively. It handles a wide variety of payment types and can offer loyalty and promotions, too. Like Qwickserve, Smart POS is also totally compatible with the C-Store Office back office system and is ready to capitalize on the business intelligence that system can office, too.
Petrosoft CEO Sergei Gorlov is eager to introduce these two new offerings to the retail marketplace. “We have been evolving over the last few years into a full, end-to-end retail automation system that will help retailers maximize their productivity in every area of their operations,” says Gorlov, “and we are happy to be here in New York to show our newest innovations to the retailing world.”
The National Retail Federation Show runs from Sunday, January 12 to Tuesday, January 14 at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York City.
