Junior Marketing Coordinator

Salary: $20-$21 per hour


The Junior Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing the marketing strategy in supporting all departments and initiatives to promote Petrosoft effectively and consistently through trade show and other mediums and assist as needed whether it is an administrative task or coordination of logistics.

The goal of this position is to support marketing operations efforts, while collaborating with other departments to ensure marketing goals are met (whether quarterly milestones or on a project by project basis) while ultimately assisting the marketing department and their needs in promoting Petrosoft brand awareness and consistency.

Essential Duties

  • Assist with counting of inventory of marketing materials.
  • Assist with packing and shipment of marketing materials.
  • Assist with coordination of events and logistics, when and where applicable.
  • Assist with creation of materials to support all marketing efforts. Ideation, Design and Production.
  • Assist marketing operations efforts.


  • Manage and coordinate marketing efforts for all tradeshows (local, national and international where applicable). This includes but is not limited to, logistics, travel, hotel, rentals (cars, furniture, technology, etc.), per diem, clothing, giveaways, budget, etc.
  • Plan and execute marketing plans for new and existing business in concurrence with the strategic business objectives.
  • Analyze results of marketing plans and activities.
  • Support the marketing department in all efforts through aiding in execution until projects are complete, this includes but is not limited to, creating schedules, coordinating meetings, taking meeting notes, participating in meetings, sharing ideas, executing project plans to meet milestones, etc.
  • Perform preliminary review and evaluation of various market research, proposal review and request for vendor engagement, competitive analysis, etc. when and where applicable.
  • Work across the organization to provide support for company events, vendor relationships, etc.
  • Create supporting materials that help the marketing department meet/reach all goals/milestones. Some may be from ideation to completion and other may be just production related efforts.
    • Ensuring that all materials created meet all final specs for print and/or digital release confirming that they are of the highest quality and/or resolution to promote Petrosoft brand awareness and consistency.

  • Ability and willingness to travel to trade shows.

Required Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in marketing or related field.
