Summary

Overview 

Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, the Marketing Automation/CRM Coordinator is responsible for managing the marketing automation process and supporting marketing operations. The Marketing Automation/CRM Coordinator plays a critical role in extending Petrosoft’s marketing reach, analytics and marketing and sales reporting capabilities, and overall operational excellence.  

Essential Duties

Responsibilities 

 

Marketing Automation 

  • Act as the primary expert resource on all marketing automation-related data collection, analysis, and reporting 
  • Manage marketing automation, including:  
  • Email formatting 
  • Contact strategy development 
  • List management 
  • Segmentation 
  • QA 
  • Deployment 
  • Testing and optimization 
  • Analytics and reporting 

 

  • Work closely with the marketing team to drive CRM lead conversion strategies, while managing marketing automation workflows, from strategy through testing, execution, and measurement  
  • Identify opportunities to engage contacts, nurturing leads to conversion, reducing churn and 
    increasing lifetime value 
  • Understand marketing automation system configuration, source system feed formats, data feed analysis, and platform capabilities and each area’s impact on campaign design and deployment 
  • Participate in the journey mapping process to create best-in-class, end-to-end customer experiences 
    from marketing automation touchpoints 
  • Automate, manage, and revise marketing to sales workflow, such as lead qualification, lead distribution, drip campaigns, and trigger-based workflows to maximize marketing automation effectiveness 
  • Manage and execute the integration of marketing platforms into Microsoft Dynamics 
  • Create database, business logic, and objects that are related to the integrated marketing automation platform. Prepare weekly leads report. 
  • Ensure marketing automation execution follows industry policies and best practices 
  • Expand marketing reach and impact utilizing CRM data 
  • Define and document functional and technical requirements for developing, deploying, managing, 
    tracking and measuring email marketing campaigns 
  • Manage and report on email marketing campaigns and results; use results to determine ROI, 
    make suggestions for improvements 
  • Provide consistent, accurate and timely reporting and analysis 
  • Build test plans. Perform and analyze A/B split testing for template formats, subject lines. 
  • Develop and evolve metrics and support reporting automation and visualization across all 
    marketing areas to better optimize future marketing automation campaigns 

Sales Support 

  • Manage and maintain CRM data base 
  • Develop and present weekly leads / revenue report 
  • Provide support to Sales team

    Marketing Operations Responsibilities 

  • Support the Marketing Operations Manager with project management-related tasks, including gathering requirements, facilitating approvals, tracking status, and preparing project progress reports
     
  • Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of the marketing’s standard operating processes and procedures
     
  • Support trade show planning and execution
     
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Education

Education/Experience 

  • BA/BS marketing or similar degree 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing marketing automation and CRM platforms (expert level experience with Microsoft Dynamics) 
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of 
    multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment 
  • Time management skills 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
