Petrosoft University
Every week, we offer our customers a series of online classes that cover all aspects of working with our internet-based retail management applications. The classes are led by a live instructor and are interactive. Attendees can ask questions and request further explanation on topics covered by the instructor.

Jump Start Customer Training Program
Want custom online training for your staff? Our “Jump Start” program offers customized training by our staff and focuses on the issues you really want to cover in-depth. We will design a curriculum around your staff needs and offer up to five hours of customized online training at a very reasonable price.
In-person Customer Training at Petrosoft HQ
We maintain a training center in our Pittsburgh headquarters where customers are welcome to come attend intensive in-person training from our staff on the topics of your choosing. This is an ideal way for senior operations and financial executives to get the most out of Petrosoft’s powerful retail business applications.
On Location Customer Training
If you would prefer a Petrosoft trainer to come to your location, we will be happy to schedule in-house training for you staff. Contact your Petrosoft sales representative and we will schedule a training course at your location.
New Customer Training
Are you a new customer? Quickly learn to master C-Store Office for free. Customers can take an introductory course and learn about QuickBooks® synchronization, how to complete daily tasks, use the price book and the lottery modules through one of five live online sessions. These sessions are led by experienced instructors. The classes are designed to be interactive and registrants are encouraged to ask questions. It’s easy to participate. You can access these sessions by signing into your Petrosoft account.
